The following is a summary of Fall Public Works services that will end for the winter:
1. November 23, 2016 – Weekly Curbside Yard Waste Pick-up Service ENDS. Curbside yard waste service will resume on April 10, 2017.
2. November 23, 2016 – Yard waste drop-off sites are CLOSED. Yard waste roll-off containers will be removed from the recycling drop-off locations . This includes the yard waste drop-off location in North Moorhead located at 809 58 Ave N. Yard waste drop-off sites will open in early April (weather dependent) but no later than April 10, 2017.
3. November 23, 2016 – City of Moorhead Compost Site is CLOSED. The Compost site will close at 4:15 pm. The Compost site will re-open on April 10, 2017. The compost site is located at 1800 Hwy 75N, Moorhead, MN.
Note: Brush pickup service will continue through the winter months on a call-in basis only. Please call 299-5422 to schedule your branch pick up. Also, visit the Curbside Brush Pickup Service for Do’s and Don’ts regarding curbside brush pickup service.
