On October 20, 2016, at around 0125 hours, a Moorhead Officer stopped a vehicle for having a burned out headlight on Interstate 94, near the Red River Bridge. During his initial conversation with the driver and passenger of the vehicle, he detected signs of deception and possible drug use. MPD K9 Milo assisted with a search of the vehicle and gave an alert. Inside the vehicle, officers found 2 homemade fireworks, drug paraphernalia, and 117 gms of methamphetamine. They also seized $1695 in cash from the driver.
Officers arrested the driver, Larissa Galloway (21) of Moorhead, for the following offenses:
