The City Council at its September 26, 2016 Council meeting, approved and adopted all special assessments as proposed in the Assessment Hearing Notices mailed to affected property owners on September 15, 2016.
Assessments can now be paid without interest until 4:30 pm on November 15, 2016. After this date the assessments will be certified to the County and will become payable with your property tax statement beginning 2017. If you escrow your taxes in your mortgage and want this to be added to your mortgage you don’t need to do anything. Your mortgage company will automatically make this adjustment.

When making a payment, you will want to make sure to note your parcel number and the project number you would like the payment applied to with your payment. Partial payments can be made, but must be a minimum of $100.
