2015 Housing & Development Summary

In 2015, 197 new attached and detached single family homes were built, a 9% increase from 2014.  308 new multi-family residential units were constructed in Moorhead, a 14% increase from 2014.  $64.4 million in new residential value was constructed in 2015, a 13% increase from 2014.

Check out the 2015 Housing & Development report to learn the details of where building is happening (17 subdivisions) and home builders active in Moorhead (35 builders).  It adds up to 505 new housing units permitted in 2015.  New school construction is soon underway, and we expect 2016 to be another great year for growth in Moorhead.
