Following guidance from the State of Minnesota and the CDC, public City of Moorhead meetings are again open for in-person attendance. Masks and social distancing are not required but are encouraged for people who are not vaccinated.
City Council meetings will be live-streamed to cityofmoorhead.com, on youtube.com/moorhead and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM), Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.
To participate and/or make a public comment:
You may also speak during the meeting by calling the Public Comment Line at 218.299.5001 and request to be bridged onto the audio conference. You will be given three minutes to speak.
If you wish to make a comment before the meeting, you may submit oral or written comments to the City Clerk's Office at cityclerk@cityofmoorhead.com or by calling 218.299.5304.
