Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, the 2020 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be a teleconference for the Board only. The public will have access to live audio of this meeting, but only written appeals will be addressed by the Board.
All appeals must be written appeals and must be received by the City of Moorhead Assessor’s Office by 4:30 PM on April 22, 2020.

Please contact the Assessor’s Office (assessor@cityofmoorhead.com or 218-299-5258) prior to submitting an appeal. Many times questions can be answered and issues can be resolved prior to an appeal to the Board. They will also have instructions on how to proceed with a written appeal if necessary.
