The Art and Culture Commission is currently operating under an emergency ordinance due to COVID-19. Until further notice, Moorhead City Hall is closed for public meetings and Art and Culture Commission meetings are being held virtually to allow the public to hear and see the meetings.
Public participation is and continues to remain important to the City during this time of emergency conditions. Therefore the Art and Culture Commission meeting will be held using virtual meeting and conference-calling technology. The meeting will be live-streamed to the City's Homepage, on the City's YouTube Channel and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or CableOne Channel 58.
To participate and/or make a public comment about the agenda:
- During the meeting: Call the Public Comment Line at 218.299.5001; you may request to be bridged onto the audio conference.
- Before the meeting: If you wish to make a comment before the meeting you may submit written comments to Art and Culture Commission staff at PO Box 779, Moorhead, MN 56561-0779 or call staff to provide oral comments at 218.299.5333.
