Moorhead Parks and Recreation would like to invite you to the annual RiverArts festival to celebrate art, music, and community spirit. Each night features free horse-drawn carriage rides, inflatable games, vendors, food, hands-on activities, pony rides and more! Free concert begins at 6 pm with Front Fenders.
