The tour is part of the conference between the Red River Watershed Management Board and Red River Basin Flood Damage Reduction Workgroup. The tour begins and ends at the Marriott, some Council Members may have lunch with the conference participants following the tour. The number of Council Members present may create a quorum of the City Council; so, this notice is provided to the public of the potential meeting.
