The City of Moorhead has created this website as your source for flood fighting information.
The City is divided into 8 Zones. Each zone has a Zone Team to enhance communication with the neighborhoods, coordinate public and private protection, monitor public infrastructure, and allocate city-provided resources.
Each Zone Team consists of:
Zone Leader (a member of the City Engineering staff)
City Staff Representatives (fire fighter, police officer, and anchor)
Neighborhood Liaison (resident living in a neighborhood within the zone)
